Human Resources

A company is only as successful as the people who work there. Our HR team handles the task of finding the right people for goetzpartners, optimally supporting them as they advance in their careers and fostering their professional growth in very individual ways. This is why HR is responsible for university marketing, recruiting and onboarding as well as the goetzpartners Academy (training courses, programs for academic advanced training and office transfers), promotion and bonus decisions, and alumni management. It provides professional support to the company's workforce throughout their entire employer journey.
 

MARKETING & PR

The main responsibility assumed by Marketing is to position goetzpartners as a leading advisory firm for strategy, M&A and transformation in the market over the long term and to systematically expand its brand awareness level. For this reason, the marketing team oversees the areas of brand building, public relations, marketing sales support and online marketing as well as internal communication and employer branding.
 

KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT

The keys to success in management consulting are easy to define: profound industry expertise as well as professional and methodological skills. This is why knowledge management is so important. Commercial sectors and markets are analyzed, trends identified and benchmarks created. Individual and collective knowledge is prepared and shared with our professionals. In addition, tools and events are used to promote the systematic sharing of information.
 

FINANCE

The Finance team at goetzpartners encompasses accounting, controlling and treasury. It also helps manage the business activities of the Group's national and international companies.
 

ASSISTANTS

As an assistant, you will help the management team with all organizational matters, including appointment and travel management and organization of meetings. You will also serve as a communicative interface among the management team, employees and business partners. You will help develop presentations and organize internal and external events.
 

RECEPTION

Our Reception team serves as the central interface with our employees, clients, guests and service providers. In this position, you will carry out classic receptions duties, such as assisting guests, working the telephone switchboard, distributing mail and coordinating courier services. You will also perform administrative activities, such as coordinating conference rooms and procuring and overseeing office supplies. You will have an opportunity to work in other projects as well.
 

IT

Our IT Department is primarily responsible for IT strategy, architecture and security as well as system administration and support. The team supports goetzpartners’ infrastructure around the world and advises our professionals about the development of their own tools and products.

TRAINING

Newcomers take part in Introduction Days to get to know all our departments and the tools we use. You will also be trained in Excel and PowerPoint. The goetzpartners Academy offers training specific to your level, and accompanies you throughout your career with hard skill and soft skill trainings to suit your very own personal growth needs – attendance of professional training programs outside the goetzpartners Academy is supported as well, just like participation in conferences and seminars.
 

FEEDBACK

We place a high priority on regular feedback. For one reason: This is the only way that you can actively take charge of your own professional growth. As part of this process, detailed feedback and professional-growth reviews are held twice a year. Employees can also obtain intermediate feedback at any time if necessary. At goetzpartners, feedback is a two-way street: If you want to share comments with your colleagues or your department head, you can regularly do so in our 360°feedback program.
 

FLEXIBILITY

CLASSIC RECRUITING DAY

The recruiting day is all about getting to know one another and exploring the fit – professional and personal – between potential recruits and goetzpartners. We tell you about our company, give insights into how we work and answer all of your questions.

You will usually have several interviews – with our HR Department, with the head of the department to which you have applied and usually a team member. In addition, we generally give applicants an opportunity to briefly get to know the team so that they have a good impression of the people with whom they may work together. We will inform you of our decision shortly afterward.
