Your role

  • Independent performance of all assistant activities for targeted and efficient 
  • support of the CFO in the operative day-to-day business 
  • Administrative and project-related support of the Finance & Controlling team, e.g. in the areas of contract management and travel management 
  • Interface management between CFO/management, finance, other internal departments and external contacts 
  • Preparation and follow-up of appointments, including preparation of presentations/documents in German and English 
  • Support and responsibility for defined project-related tasks 
  • Support in the organisation of corporate events (location, logistics, participant handling, service provider management, billing)

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification 
  • Many years of professional experience in a similar position (ideally in consulting, corporate finance, investment banking, PE environment) 
  • Affinity for / "access to" finance topics 
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills 
  • Experienced handling of MS Office 
  • Independent and structured way of working combined with strong organisational skills - also under time pressure 
  • Committed and proactive working style, characterised by a pragmatic "hands-on" mentality and a confident assessment of priorities 
  • Very good communication skills, also in dealing with different target groups 
  • High degree of reliability, loyalty and discretion 
  • Confident and friendly appearance
