Your role

  • Supporting the management in operational and organisational tasks
  • Various general organisational and administrative tasks
  • Contact and coordination interface between management, staff and business partners (in German and English)
  • Handling of all correspondence (in German and English)
  • Calendar, appointment and mailbox management
  • Travel planning, travel organisation and travel expense accounting
  • Planning, coordination and organisation of internal and external events
  • Preparation and follow-up of internal and external meetings
  • Data maintenance in Salesforce

Your profile

  • Completed education as a foreign language / European secretary or comparable education.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of assistance / secretarial services, ideally in an investment bank, management consultancy, private equity fund
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Quick perception, high degree of accuracy and independence
  • Active, structured and forward-looking approach to work
  • Absolute discretion, loyalty and reliability
