Your role

  • You are responsible for the conception, planning and execution of web projects in a B2B environment, especially for our upcoming website relaunch in 2023
  • You create microsites, landing pages and support online campaigns
  • You are responsible for and maintain our websites and online/social media channels
  • You help evolve the brand and online customer experience
  • You propose new applications or further develop existing ones
  • You manage external service providers
  • You expand SEO performance and oversee the management of Google Ads
  • You continuously evaluate website and social media analytics to improve all online presences
  • You know how to ensure a smooth user experience by integrating a CRM system and websites with API and database management
  • You work closely with interdisciplinary teams and support the Head of Marketing & PR
  • You manage the budget on website development projects and service contracts

Your profile

  • You have a degree in or have completed an apprenticeship in web design/development, web content management or a comparable field and 2-3 years of relevant professional experience
  • You know how to manage websites and online content on social media platforms
  • You have ideally already worked on a website relaunch
  • You can contribute extensive knowledge in CMS (e.g., Typo3, WordPress), Google/Matomo Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console) and CRM software
  • You approach tasks systematically and put content first
  • You can assess the behavior of website users and know the mechanisms for improving KPIs
  • You speak fluent German and English
  • You are reliable, like to work in a team and handle your topics independently and precisely
