I started my career at goetzpartners as an intern. When I was offered a position to evolve as an analyst within the organization, I didn’t hesitate for moment before accepting. It was clear to me that goetzpartners was my professional home: the place I wanted to work. It combines the challenges and favorable environment I was expecting.
But perhaps my most challenging project was a buy-side mandate where we advised one of the most important French publishing houses. The project was exciting, as our client was about to be merged with another leading media company. In addition to a traditional M&A process, we had to deal with the different cultures of the respective companies, which were poles apart. This project revealed that M&A can be sometimes be more about human personalities than pure finance.
goetzpartners gives us the opportunity to develop a beyond-project state of mind. I am personally involved in several internal initiatives such as recruiting or establishing best practices to enhance daily workflow.
I have a master’s degree in Management, specializing in Corporate Finance, from Toulouse Business School. Before joining goetzpartners as an intern, I gained experience in both Private Equity (BlackFin Corporate Finance) and M&A (Financière de Courcelles) in Paris.
