As HR Expert Employee Relations Corporate Finance you are responsible for the execution of the complete recruiting process and onboarding for the Corporate Finance (M&A) department. You can expect an exciting and varied job in an agile advirory firm.
You further develop and optimize the company's search strategy and find new (active and passive) recruiting channels
Managing the selection process and leading interviews are a matter of course for you
You ensure an optimal candidate experience and act as the main contact person for all applicants and external service providers
You demonstrate your consulting skills in all personnel-related recruiting issues on a daily basis and act as a sparring partner for the Hiring Managers
You will work on selected HR projects (e.g. personnel development), take over sub-areas and contribute your own ideas
Completed business studies, ideally with a focus on human resources or comparable qualifications
You already have some professional experience as an in-house recruiter and knowledge of applicant management systems
Sound knowledge of active sourcing and the implementation of talent pools
Strong team player with assertiveness and high social competence
Strong interest in digital media and innovative recruiting trends
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
