As part of our People Development team, you will continuously accompany and support our professionals in their career development. To do this, you identify their needs, both through the quantitative analysis of performance data and feedback as well as through a constant personal exchange with employees and their managers. As a contact person for (further) training measures, you support the conception of innovative training offers as well as programs and initiatives and implement them independently. In addition, you will work together with the entire HR team to further develop our process landscape in content and technology and to pick up on relevant HR trends.
Completed university studies and at least 3 years of relevant HR experience (preferably in a consulting environment)
Strong analytical & conceptual skills
Creativity in solving problems as well as accuracy in detail
Structured way of working with pragmatism and good prioritization skills
High service orientation
Assertiveness, but also strong teamwork and communication skills
Excellent German and English language skills
