As a central contact person for active sourcing and employer branding, we are looking for a full-time HR Expert Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding for our Munich headquarters. You can expect an exciting and varied job in an agile consultancy.

Your role 

• You continuously develop and optimize the company's search strategy and activate new recruiting channels (active sourcing, talent network building, etc.)

• You manage our recruiting processes in close cooperation with the executives

• You help develop a future-oriented employer branding strategy and work closely with the university marketing team 

• You are responsible for building a talent pool and a diverse candidate network

• You drive meaningful HR communication via social media (XING, LinkedIn, etc.)

Your profile - contribute competence

• You already have 1-2 years of professional experience in recruiting and active sourcing
• You are absolutely reliable when dealing with sensitive data 
• You are open-minded, approach topics proactively and have a good ability to assert yourself 
• You are service-oriented and pragmatic at the same time and like to take responsibility
