You accompany and support our professionals continuously in their career development. To do this, you identify their needs, both through the quantitative analysis of performance data and feedback as well as through a constant personal exchange with employees and their managers. As a competent contact person for (further) training measures, you will then design innovative training offers as well as programs and initiatives and implement them independently. In addition, you will work together with the entire HR team to further develop our process landscape in terms of content and technology and to pick up on relevant HR trends.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree and several years of relevant HR experience (preferably in a consulting environment)
  • Confident personality with high communication skills as well as presentation and moderation skills 
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, creativity in problem solving and attention to detail
  • Structured way of working with pragmatism and good prioritization skills
  • High service orientation
  • Excellent German and English language skills
