Corporate Finance.

You will support the Corporate Finance Senior Team as a Personal Assistant. Moreover, you are the central contact person for the Frankfurt location taking over the Office Manager role. In cooperation with the Munich assistant team, you will take on tasks independently and act as the communicative interface between management, employees and business partners, both nationally and internationally. Your diverse range of tasks includes the coordination of appointments, email management, international travel management, contract management as well as the organization of internal and external meetings and events. In addition, you will receive external guests, support the team with organizational tasks and be responsible for administrative processes (mail, filing, accounting tasks, office and consumables management).


  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of assistance / secretarial services, ideally in an investment bank or in a consulting sector

  • Preferably completed training in the field of foreign language / European secretariat or comparable training 

  • Quick perception and high degree of accuracy

  • Independence and flexibility

  • Proactive, structured and forward-looking way of working

  • Solution-oriented thinking

  • Absolute discretion, loyalty and reliability

  • Team orientation and ability to cooperate

  • Absolutely secure knowledge of German, both written and spoken

  • Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken

  • Confident handling of MS-Office
