HR Coordinator
Support Services.

We are looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our HR team. In this position you will work closely with the consultants from our operational units. You can expect an exciting and varied job in an agile consultancy.

Your role 

  • In this position, you will be a competent sparring partner* for your support area and will be responsible for the end-to-end recruiting process for all interns* and working students* at goetzpartners.
  • In addition, you will support the recruited colleagues throughout their entire employee journey.
  • Together with the team, you will market and organize university marketing events and represent goetzpartners at career fairs.
  • Your responsibilities also include the conception and implementation of employer branding and social media recruiting measures.
  • In addition, you will support the implementation of our HR tool, drive the further digitalization of our HR processes and work on exciting HR projects across teams.

Your profile - contribute competence

  • Successfully completed degree with a focus on HR, psychology, or business.
  • Ideally, first professional experience in the field of recruiting in a personnel consultancy or in a dynamic environment
  • Distinct team and communication skills as well as a high service orientation
  • Organizational talent and the ability to prioritize and structure tasks well
  • Precise and reliable handling of data and figures
  • Routine in working with MS Office (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel) as well as an affinity for digital and innovative tools in recruiting
  • Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken)
