Senior Manager with team leadership Human Resources
We are looking for an HR Senior Manager with immediate effect who enjoys leading our recruiting team of four. In addition to the professional and disciplinary management of this team, you are responsible for our senior hiring and the supervision of our senior management. You derive development needs along the company's goals and values, react to new trends and systematically develop our employees. You will independently set up annual personnel and budget planning and react flexibly to changing company needs.
- Several years of experience in human resources, preferably in a consulting sector
Experience in working with senior positions
Team leadership skills with professional, confident manner
Strong communication skills and high service orientation
Sense of responsibility and hands-on mentality
Very good analytical skills and structured way of working with pragmatism and good prioritization
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and German
