Working student for Private Equity Consulting

To support our Private Equity team we are looking for a dedicated working student  at our office in Munich. You can flexibly choose your working hours between 10 - 20 hours per week, just like the days you want to work.

Your role 

As a working student, you can expect challenging and varied work in the field of private equity consulting from day one. You will support and advise well-known international financial investors in the areas of commercial due diligence (buy- and sell-side), strategy (value enhancement, target screening, exit planning) and portfolio optimization. You will work as a team member on high-profile deals/transactions with an international focus. You interact with clients and experts on a top layer level. You will also develop the equity story together with the team, investigate investment hypotheses, develop market models and validate the business plan.

Your profile

• You have excellent school and study results (at least 4 semesters; preferably in a business studies program).
• Ideally, you have gained first practical experience in the areas of private equity, corporate finance or strategy consulting/transaction advice
• You have very good analytical skills
• You have a strategic, entrepreneurial thinking and an excellent understanding of business contexts
• Your strengths include the ability to work in a team, initiative, reliability, structured work, a high willingness to learn and independent work
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint are a matter of course for you
• Fluent German and English round off your profile
