- You have bagged an excellent master's degree, MBA or PhD, ideally in Business Admin, and 2-3 years of work experience.
- You have an analytical mind and an excellent understanding of business contexts.
- You have social competence and some initial managerial responsibility.
- You are fluent in German, English and business lingo.
- You know PPT, Excel and databases like the back of your hand.
